That’s why I liked seeing Street Easy’s current research study, which discovered that a massive 63 percent of the rental structures in Battery Park City enable pet dogs, making it the most dog-friendly neighborhood in New York City.

Streeteasy’s algorithm considered aspects like pet-friendly leasings, pet dog caretakers, pet dog parks and veterinarians in any one location. In contrast, New York City’s Dumbo put 2nd with its 7 pet dog parks, and Tribeca can be found in 3rd with dog-friendly leasings at 26 percent.
